Shipping Policy
At Suavear, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK. For orders under £50, standard shipping costs £4.99. Express shipping is available for £9.99 on all orders. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and no other shipping services are used. Delivery times may vary, but standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days and express shipping takes 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders. However, we currently only ship within the UK but we are working on adding international shipping options soon. For pre-order items, customers will receive email updates about the shipping status and a confirmation of the shipping date will be sent at a later date. In the event that an item is out of stock after ordering, we will inform the customer and ask if they would like to cancel or keep the order active. If the customer chooses to keep the order active, they will receive a coupon for their next order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been shipped. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Suavear, we take great pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and for that reason, we have a comprehensive returns policy in place to ensure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible for our valued customers. Please note that returns will be at the cost of the buyer and that returns can only be done within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition. This means that the item should be in the same condition as it was when you received it, with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that has been used, worn or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund. Personalized items are non-refundable unless we make a mistake. We understand that these items hold a special sentimental value and we will do our best to rectify any errors on our part. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized items that have been correctly made per your specifications. All final sale items are also non-refundable. These items are clearly marked as such on our website and are sold at a discounted price. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own shipping method when returning an item. To initiate a refund, please contact Support@suavear.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Our customer support team will assist you with the return process and provide you with the return shipping address. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item and it has been inspected to ensure that it is in new condition. Please allow for a few days for the refund to be processed. You have the option to choose either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit. A fee of £3.99 will be charged for processing the refund via the original payment method, but there will be no charge if you choose to have store credit.
